Photos from our trip to the Czech Republic and Germany in late June - early July 2018.
Prague Castle. Europe. Freedom. But freedom is not permissiveness! It, of course, looking closely, it is clear that the statue represents Samson, habitually tearing the jaws of the lion. But you do not notice the lion at once. And Samson's face is just as focused as during ... well, you understand.
Maintainer (driver?) of the horse in the square in Prague.
Street (square?) artist in Prague.
Russian Saving Bank in Prague. It's okay, but I do not understand the scene on the poster. The employee (employee?) of the bank and the client(s) are depicted? Or is it thanks to the bank they saved up on the stove and coffee pot and now they are happy? Secrets, mysteries ...
Here is a nice, though somewhat heterogeneous, company on the shelf in a souvenir shop in Prague. The principle of selecting characters is unclear. Well, unless "demand generates a proposal."
In Prague, now there is no World Cup, as for example in our Rostov. But the facades of old buildings are also hung with beautiful curtains.
Portrait of You Know Who in Prague, in (surprise?) Museum of Apple. It's terrible to think how much Apple's technique was spent on making a portrait. Nevertheless, the museum is quite normal.
Prague, Charles Bridge. The dog is so bright, because it is supposed to to rub for luck. Knowing the average number of rubbing tourists can easily be counted when there is nothing left of the dog at all.
Prague. The Charles Bridge. Ian Nepomuk, if I'm not mistaken.
Prague, the Museum of Torture. The result.
Prague, view of the Charles Bridge from the tower. An endless stream ...
Prague. On the television tower, visible in the background, we also were.
Prague. Tourists on the Charles Bridge. Racing on a vertical wall.
Prague. Here is a sculpture on one of the streets. The stick is attached to the roof of a roughly three-story building. The name of the sculpture is original: "The Hanging Man".
Prague, Waldstein Garden. Peacock and Kostya. Kostya on the right.
Prague, Waldstein Garden, Wall of Cthulhu. Well, it's not really Cthulhu. But very similar.
Prague, the Valdstein garden.
Prague. Another view from the tower to the Charles Bridge and the famous Prague Tiled Roofs.
Prague. Here we heard about the famous Prague Tiled Roofs. Well and more about the Famous Prague Stove Pipes. Here they are before you, Oh, the Prosperous Spectator. In assortment.
Prague Castle. An ancient building in the background is the Cathedral of St. Witt. Is it necessary to explain why Kostya takes such bizarre poses?
Prague Castle. Chimera from St. Witt Cathedral looks sad, and at the same time perplexed. "But you would be so!" as if the sweet creature wants to say.
Prague Castle. It is huge, that your Cathedral of St. Witt. None of the lens is completely damp.
Prague Castle. Still, St. Vitus Cathedral was placed in one frame. But even then from the back and in the woods.
Prague Castle. Gloomy appearance when departing from historical objects.
Prague. Wall of the name of John Lennon (in the background). We are with Kostya (in the foreground). Do not confuse.
Graffiti on the edge of the wall of J. Lennon. Who is this worthy lady is - darkness veil hidden me from.
Prague. Witch, identical to the natural, above the river. A glance through the lattice of the bridge, hung with the same wedding locks as we have in Russia.
Prague. Infants. One of them is apparently tearing down from the TV tower. Another ... yes, there, and so everything is clear :) And in the baby who climbed down from the television tower, instead of the person, exactly what comes to mind looking at. How he eats, how he looks ...
Prague. Just a postcard view, the Vltava embankment, I can not be silent as Lev Tolstoy said.
Prague. Swan. "And, oh, he sees eh, who is just her knee, but neither her hair, nor her face" - correctly, correctly wrote Olya Chikina. Or she did not write like that? And like the swans there was not ... Or were ...
Koneprus cave and about. A tourist with a guide to the cave in his hands is preparing to descend into Inferno. Inferno at the end of the path. And, by the way, the name "Koneprus cave" comes from exactly what you thought: horses from Prussia. So we were told by a Czech guide in English (as a compromise, because the group included Russians, Czechs and Americans).
Koneprus cave and around. Awfully Mysterious and apparently alien artifacts visible from the entrance to the cave.
The Koneprus cave. There are a lot of such garbage. So much so that I forgot exactly how it's called. For example, "curtain" or "organ". Or "The First Volume of the Temptation of St. Anthony".
The Koneprus cave. The guide said that the Russian tourists gave this artifact the name "corn cob". I thought a lot. Something's not right. Or it is not a cob, or tourists are not Russian. Or still cob? After all, sometimes the cob is just a cob...
Koneprus cave and about. On the way out of the dungeon against the backdrop of the scenery of the rural Czech Republic, tourists depict the popular sculpture of Mukhina "The Worker and the Collective Farm Girl". "Programmer and student"
The top of the hill above the Koneprus cave. Tourist Sveta. At the start to the stars.
The top of the hill above the Koneprus cave. Tourist Kostya. It's hard to say that he expresses his pose, but still very, very expressive.
The top of the hill above the Koneprus cave. Tourist Anatoly. The flight.
Sinister Quarry opposite the Koneprus cave.
Field. The Czech field...
Germany. Under the Munich. The village where we lived thirty minutes from Munich. View from the balcony of our (well, hosted by us) home. On the trampoline from time to time jumping goats (literally this word).
Munich. Olympic Park with a fragment of the TV tower.
Munich. Olympic Park. The duck is also Olympic, quacking with a Bavarian accent.
KISS. Munich. Olympic Park. Alley of stars on the shore of the pond. KISS.
Munich. Museum of Dinosaurs in the Olympic Park. None of the dinosaurs were damaged during the shooting.
Munich. Museum of the Dinosaurs in the Olympic Park. The dinosaur in the sandbox died out, unable to bear the pressure of children digging bones. The dinosaur on the right side of the photo looks at the girl sadly and with perplexity, and apparently is about to escape to a less dangerous place.
Munich. Poster view of the street.
Munich. The Munichers. Although still probably guests of the city. In white pouches, they have a means of communication with the leader of the group.
Munich. It is difficult to say what feelings each of the tourists experiences at the sight of this sculpture, but they are, apparently, happy.
Near Munich. Evening overlooking the bell tower of our village, the Alps and the clouds.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen - on the way to Zugspitze. A view of Lake Aybze from a mountain train.
On the way to Zugspitze.
On the way to Zugspitze, a transfer station. Tourist Kostya (right) looks with interest at the white granular substance, the so-called "snow". In summer.
On the way to Zugspitze, a transfer station. As you can see, this is not a valley, the climate is different here. All these people are tourists/climbers, not otherwise. Short-term rest on the way to the highest point of Germany, and further, not a step back, from the tension cable ropes are trembling.
On the way to Zugspitze. Unlike us, traveling in a cable car, they go on foot. As you will see further, there are THOUSANDS of them here!
Zugspitze, the top point of Germany. For the first time we saw her like that. Most of the time there was a fog.
Zugspitze, the top point of Germany. At this time of the year it is especially visited.
Zugspitze. View down. It can be seen that this is still yes, Germany's topmost point.
Zugspitze. A civilized view of the Alps and a multistory shopping and cultural entertainment center for skiers atop.
Zugspitze, the top point of Germany. An endless series of tourists and climbers are stretching to celebrate. "You were not here!", "Where are you going?", "Here you are - for whom?" - I will not lie, I have not heard such in this queue. Maybe because it was about thirty meters from me in a straight line. Or because they were so out of breath that it was not up to scandals. Or why. But this, perhaps, was the longest and most vertical line that we saw in Germany.
Zugspitze. The top. Kostya on the background of the Abyss.
Zugspitze. The top. Kostya against the backdrop of tourists and climbers.
Zugspitze. By the campaign and ready to fight! Here only there is no snow ...
Zugspitze. The advertisement machine I will not say Which Firm among the snows and ice. What do you say to that, Elon Mask?
Zugspitze. Self-portrait in a frame with a reflection of the mountains.
Zugspitze. Ah, well, yes ... Mountains were there too ...
Garmisch-Partenkirchen (town at the foot of Zugspitze). "And when we return from the climbing we'll drink a tea (with beer and other German cuisine) with a pleasure. And the sun brought from the tops burns in our eyes" - Yuri Vizbor (wellknown Russian singer-songwriter) wrote correctly!
Under the Munich. Bavarian idyll. On the right in the photo is the house in which we lived. In particular, from the balcony visible on the photo, we watched the goats (in the good sense of the word) frolic on the trampoline. Around cackle (did I correctly use this word?) Bavarian chicken.
Under the Munich. At the service are strolling cozy electric benches. But of course not, the bench is the most ordinary, although cozy. And electric only fence behind it.
Trout farm, combined with a trout restaurant. I've been here regularly, every year and a half, for the second time. And the family (partially) grabbed. On the left there is an entrance to the Devil's Cave. PS for photographers. The fountain does not hit Sveta from the head, but it was so photographed.
Trout farm. View directly from the coffee table. All this whirling trout just wants to be caught, hot smoked and served to the table of grateful visitors.
Germany, Devil's Cave. Stalagmite "Papal tiara" surrounded by a group of ... er ... other stalagmites, here. And not at all about what you, gentlemen Freudians, thought.
Germany, trout farm / cafe. Everyone chose a deal to their liking, including a photographer, who is expected to get two bottles of beer.
Nuremberg looks at you! No, well, if anyone does not understand: the overflights of the house above the river are like eyes. Is it clear now?
Nuremberg. This cheerful sculptural composition (it is also optimistic from the other side) tells us about the problems of family life. Has forgotten to ask, whether there is on the same area the local analog of the REGISTRY OFFICE.
Nuremberg. Part of the sculptural composition "Gastroscopy without a mask." On the left, at the top, an assistant, at the top right, a doctor, "What have I done!"
Nuremberg. Sculpture of the Terrible Hares by Albrecht of our Durer. If you look closely, you can see that he crushed some man. Humanism means. Animalizm.
Nuremberg. A tree in the background of a native building.
Nuremberg. The signature did not come up, but there must be something like "City of contrasts" or "Old and new near".
Nuremberg. Just a park. Or the square. It's unclear how the amount of burnt grass is out there. It is not the Stavropol (a region in the Sothern Russia) Territory in the heat.
Nuremberg. Twisting water wheel. In my opinion, it simply spins without telling its energy to anything useful. And good!
Germany, Bamberg. Of course, ice cream in the city museum is much tastier than in the rest of Germany. About three times.
Germany. Bamberg. Here, not everything is clear. Firstly, the grid covering the sculpture is embarrassed. Who is she protecting from? Secondly, Google translator translated 'mater salvatoris' from Latin as simply a "savior", and not a "mother of a savior." Although "mater" correctly translates as "mother".
Germany. Bamberg. View from one bridge to another. But beat me, cut me, I do not remember the names of any bridge, nor the other.
Germany. Bamberg. It is clear that Andersen wrote about Denmark, but still ...
"In a big city, where there are so many houses and people that not everyone has enough room for at least a small garden, and therefore most residents have to settle for room flowers in pots ...
... The roofs of the houses converged, and between them ran a gutter. Here, and looked at each other attic windows from each house. It was only to step over the trough, and it was possible to get from one window to another ... " In general, Kay-Gerda and that's it.
Germany. Bamberg. In the cathedral (as usual - I do not remember which, but in the big and beautiful). I understand that the photo is not sharp. But very much this cardinal is sad, despite the darkness and the ban on the use of flash I could not pass by.
Germany. Bamberg. The same nameless (for me!) Cathedral, as in the previous photo. Agree that this cardinal (?) is much more optimistic than the cardinal (?) from the previous photo.
Germany. Bamberg.
Bamberg. St Otto. Well this time not in the cathedral, but on the wall of the building on the street. It's unclear why he is so surprised :)
Germany. Bamberg. A view of the city from the hill where the restaurant is located, to which we nevertheless made it (on foot), despite the intrigues of the navigator.
Germany. Bamberg. Restaurant on the hill overlooking the city. Well, what else can you do in such a restaurant, how not to play at the console or stare at the phone? PS on the right on the chair you can see the hat of the author of this photo.
Germany. Bamberg. The road from (the yellow brick? not) gray pavers. All residents seem to be at work programming something. Or they are roofing tiles. I do not know the peculiarities of the Bamberg labor market.
Germany. Bamberg. The statue (upper left) watches with bitterness and perplexity Kostya's attempts (right) to get out of the famous Maze of the Rose Garden. For the convenience of the observer, the mentioned objects (statue and Kostya) are highlighted.
Bamberg. Imminent for Europe pictures of tiled roofs that go beyond the horizon. I was still holding back, and from the stack of photos I posted no more than three or four photos :)
Germany. Bamberg. Such a small Venice.
Germany. Bamberg. Little Venice - II returns and strikes back.
